As a young child, my love for candles burned bright. However, it wasn't until 2010 when I first dabbled in the art of candle making. Struggling with a tight budget as I moved out of home, I quickly realised that the ones I adored most were far beyond my financial reach. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and learned how to craft my own. Before long, I was conjuring up candles in my kitchen, sharing them with friends, family, and of course, keeping a few for myself.

Fast forward to 2020, when my 10-year career as an International Flight Attendant came to an abrupt end. In the midst of the global pandemic, the idea of Botanical was born. My mission was simple: to create candles that are not only visually stunning, but also capable of transporting us back to our fondest and most nostalgic memories. I drew inspiration from Australia's vast array of botanicals, with each candle being infused with their own unique scents and characteristics.

Our sense of smell is intricately linked to memory, and it's the reason why each of our scented candles holds a special place in my heart. Whether it's a childhood memory or a recent experience, there's a story behind every scent, waiting to be shared with you.
