Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
We are unable to ship to P.O Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Please note: orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or South Australian public holidays.
Please ensure when you are placing your order that you enter the correct address. Should you enter an incorrect address and redirection incurs a cost, this cost will be passed on to you (the customer).
We will always ensure that every order is packed safely and secure and are not responsible for your package once it leaves us. Should your item be damaged or lost during transit, this needs to be addressed with the shipment carrier for any claims.
Due to high volumes of parcels being sent at the moment, we are not responsible to any delays to your orders once they have been shipped.
